My Specialties
I work with women who are ready to lose fat for life without the crash-diet circus, calm their gut instead of battling bloat, and ease inflammation so they can move (and live) with more freedom. My approach blends nutrition, personal training, and herbalism — all through a trauma-informed lens that respects the nervous system. I don’t treat eating disorders, but I do help women untangle from “health perfectionism” and rebuild trust with food, fitness, and their bodies.
